Patient Particiption Group
Would you like to help shape the future of the Practice?
Do you have an interest in the health of your community?
Have you any ideas for how we could improve?
The Elvington Medical Practice Patient Representation Group meets bi-monthly to discuss the members’ experiences, with a view to acting as a ‘critical friend’ of the Practice. The Practice prides itself on knowing our patients and being at the heart of the community. Only through really involving our patients will we be able to continue to deliver the care that our community needs.
If you would like to be involved, please contact Louise Morris, Operations Manager, for further Information at l.morris6@nhs.net
What does the PPG do?
The PPG work with Surgery staff and Management to seek the views of the patient and make suggestions for improvements around the practice, providing a forum for the practice to communicate more effectively with the patients about their general needs and ideas.
The results of our patient survey for 2014/15 and our annual report to NHS England can be found here.
