Temporary Patients

You can register as a temporary resident if you plan to live near our surgery for up to three months. you can also register temporarily with us while away from home for work, study or holiday. You'll still remain registered with your permanent GP and any consultations you have had here will automatically be transferred back to your usual GP.

If you need to register as a temporary patient with the practice we will need to see the following ID;

• one photo ID (ie driving license or passport)

You can either download the form on the right hand side of the screen and bring into the surgery or can you can pop into the surgery and ask a receptionist for a form.

When registering as a temporary patient your temporary residence must be within the Practice boundary.
