Out of hours

The opening hours for Elvington Medical Practice can be found here. During these hours our staff will be able to handle your queries, book appointments and process prescriptions.

Between the hours of 6pm and 8am, our telephones are unmanned. You can still however use our automated booking system to book, check or cancel appointments, or leave a message for the dispensary team.

Always ask yourself: Can I treat myself at home? Could my local pharmacist help?

If you need to speak with a doctor between 6pm and 8am, you should call the Out of Hours service on 0300 1230762.

If you have an urgent medical need for advice or guidance you should call the NHS non-emergency line 111.

Only in an emergency if someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk should you call 999.
