The practice offers patients a phlebotomy service with our healthcare assistant Julia Robinson. Appointments are limited so please book in good time if you need an appointment. Phlebotomy services can also be found at York District Hospital and Asda Supermarket where there is an outreach clinic from the hospital every morning Monday-Friday. If you choose to attend the hospital or Asda you will need a blood test request form that you can get from the surgery. This will give details of the tests that your doctor has requested.
