Test results can be viewed using our online service. This is the quickest and easiest way to find them out.
Every test result will have been viewed and assessed by a doctor before it is published to your online record. Where follow up tests or treatment are required you will be contacted by the Practice. It is possible that a test result may appear as ‘abnormal’ when viewed online, but that the doctor has assessed it to be acceptable given your own health record and circumstances. If you have not been contacted by the Practice there is no need to worry, but you are welcome to contact us if you are concerned.
Test results are available by phone from the Practice, between 2pm and 4pm a week after your test. If you have not been notified of the result after 7 days from the date of your test, please ring the Practice.
We need to allow time for the results to be sent from the hospital during the morning and the doctor needs to have time to view them before you can be advised.

Dr David Lightwing, who has worked in the practice for 19 years, has now retired and we wish him well in the future. We are also pleased to announce that Dr Tim Longmore has now taken on the role of Senior Partner for the practice.
In addition to overseeing prescription management systems, Andy will be providing appointments for medication reviews and will also be available to answer any medicines related queries by telephone.
