Comments and Complaints
At Elvington Medical Practice we strive to provide the highest quality of care and experience at all times. We achieve this the vast majority of the time but occasionally things do not go as we hope. If you would like to comment or complain about the service or care you have received from the Practice, please do so using the form below.
Once we have received your comments we will respond within three working days. Our Comments & Complaints leaflet is available upon request either electronically, or as a hard copy by post or from Reception.
On Monday 9 July 2018 we are launching our improved appointment system to ensure that all patients have access to the right health care professional at the right time, first time.
All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice, the required disclosure is shown here.
Dr David Lightwing, who has worked in the practice for 19 years, has now retired and we wish him well in the future. We are also pleased to announce that Dr Tim Longmore has now taken on the role of Senior Partner for the practice.
In addition to overseeing prescription management systems, Andy will be providing appointments for medication reviews and will also be available to answer any medicines related queries by telephone.
